Our barbers have over 40 years of experience in the hairdressing industry.
Damo - Founder
I’m Damian I’ve been in the industry for 29 years. I started off in hairdressing as a colour technician working for Toni & Guy, a number of years working as an art director which allowed me to travel the world.
When I came back to England I started barbering. I now am the owner and manager of Middle Row Barbers. For the last seven years, I have aimed to build a solid and successful team which is more like a family to me.
Lee grubb - barber
I have been working in the hair industry for 12 years, starting as a hairstylist for women and later becoming a platform artist for various hair shows.
I am a fully qualified tutor and assessor for the industry. I have passed on the knowledge and skills I have gained to the future of the industry. I joined the Middle Row Barbers family in 2018.

JOEL - barber
My name is Joel, and I have more than 12 years of experience in barbering. I've lived locally my whole life, and one of my career highlights is forming strong connections with my clients. I believe in offering not just a haircut but a complete experience. My speciality is skin fades, and I take great pride in my attention to detail. I ensure that each client leaves my chair feeling confident and satisfied.
